the hotel is right next to a metro stop making it easy to get around. i found the parking situation to be good. staff members were very accommodating and helpful with directions. the hotel is also near many restaurants and a laundrette.
the floor in the bathroom was slippery when wet and a floor towel was not sufficient to address this.

The family room was spacious. It was basically two rooms connected, great for my family! the hotel's proximity to the metro station impressed me, only a two-minute walk and four stops to piazza del duomo. i used the hotel's private parking with an individual garage. i found this a good asset in such a big city.
i noticed a slightly slippery floor in the bathroom after showering. a floor towel wasn't quite enough.
